Every item i have besides food is showing strange stuff

logged in today to see if my character was even playable yet...unfortunately that answer is NO..still having invisible mobs and fps in the single digits with many many load screens.
But today even MORE is substantially WRONG. EVERYTHING aside from food in my inventory has thier tooltip showing all sorts of crazy stuff
It even says on that warlock pendant that it does 1 damage...wtf?

slackmare✭✭not only that..as of logging in today...QUEST are all wonky too. Text in quest tracker on the side of the screen says the quest has logged on? good to know
maybe others with this quest being bugged just didnt have the quest LOGGED in for them at the time...lol
all kidding aside, the game just keeps getting more and more broken
again im not using any addons. I have done the REPAIR feature on the launcher twice in the last 24 hours. Insane that im paying for this -

All of em. Its not like i can play the game to pass the time..so now i get to play Elder Forum Online until they put another hotfix in
