dev team = everyone work alone, then they put things together randomly, they dont work together, they dont know how to fix problems

community manager team = they dont know what did the dev do, they get a list and its missing half the stuff that actually changed

decision makers = oh its k, we will fix that very very important issue in a week from now, everyone go to your home over the weekend, we dont want to pay for overtime. monday comes, *** not fixed. oh its k we will have the devs look into it.

company rating on a scale of 1-10 = "a complete joke"

fine i'll give you the only solution, maybe learn from squareanix, shut the game down, refund time paid for monthly sub, and fix the game and release it again in a year from now.
and god knows, that might not even work. it only worked for squareanix because they are known for their great and strong decisions. and they are known to be great and not accept to put a failure product out on the market with their name on it.

now some poor fella who is only doing his job will come and delete this post saying its offensive to zenimax or what ever and send me a msg to my inbox explainging to me why is it offensive.
