ZOS put a MAJOR NEW CONTENT released like two days ago. Should be happy that we have a living game that has new content?
Also, ZOS is polishing the game still (never ending job). They do care a great deal about their game and their players. They are trying to make it better for everyone, but let face it. Only software that might be more complex is an OS. It is not an easy job. It's funny that you say they care about their players, yet they don't even provide an ETA.
A company that really cared, would do something along the lines of:

✭To many people will jump down their throat if they miss it. On the update, they do kept us posted every 4 hours or so, how much longer it will take. May be in 11 minutes from now (that will be the 1st 4 hours block), we will get an ETA then.1 -

With their lack of communication it makes me feel like they have a certain level of disdain for their players (at least on this forum). Not for the lack of communication about this maintenance necessarily, but for other things. Although, if you really believe all they did or are doing today is regular maintenance (backend work, server reset etc.) then I have a magic skooma mug that keeps itself refilled to sell ya. I don't blame Gina for putting out that load of crap, she can only do what she's allowed to do.0 -
