bots still run around, cheating to the top is the norm, exploiting dungeon bosses is mainstream now and actually frowned upon if you beat the game the normal way. it seems the only community left in this game is people who sit around 16 hrs a day to find new ways to cheat in this game. we have people hacking through walls to walk outside of the map in cyrodiil to drop forward camps in our safe zones so they can slaughter us when we load into the zone, and take our scrolls without capturing any of our other 5 keeps. ive seriously had enough of this, zenimax, id like my money back. your game is going to die because soon all the legit players will go back to games where cheaters are banned not rewarded.

I did not pay 100$ and 15$ a month for the elder cheats online. I did not beta test for months to still have the same issues WHILE giving u 150$ of my own money to continue beta testing. the GM's are unresponsive and your lucky to see 1 a month, literally. your customer service support is copy and paste 75% of the time and I have proof of multiple people resending me the same wall of text back for different issues.

just give me my money back, your game is nothing special anymore unless I cheat like the rest of them which I refuse to do.

How many hours did you play? :P You probably had more entertainment time then you would have with any other activity that cost money.

I went to a restaurant with my GF this weekend, spent over 150$ for 2-3 hours of entertainment. The food was ok, i've had better but yeah i wasn't entitled to a free dinner because I've had better or was expecting better. Grow up.

Heck no. If you don't like ESO you are free to play something else. However if you have discrepancies with certain features of the game you should try to voice them in a productive way.

Note that being productive in expression of your beliefs is important. You didn't say anything that could be taken seriously by anyone. Even if you were right about something important, expressing it like that is a good way to be ignored.

Hopefully you think about messaging and how to express yourself more productively.

I dont think refunds are necessary, but i do wish that they had put out some rollbacks while they still had time and chance to do so. So many got away with exploits duping stuff having millions of gold and hundreds of epic & legendary tempers and not to speak of those that went from lvl 1 to rank 10 in a day or two, owning pvp scene. Ok fine that they took most of the exploits away but not rolling back only made cheaters win and all that taking it slow and playing the game in a more fair way are left behind in the dust sort of speak. Thats a bit of a shame I think.

There are things you can get refunds for, @Seroczynski‌ ... even 'kids' know that. But, computer programs and authorized subscription payments are not some of those things.

I would vote yes if either of those could be refunded. Could change someday, So I won't vote no either.

I can understand some people getting a refund if it was early on in their playing time... But one hundred and fifty dollars? If someone subscribed for a lot of time it's sort of on them but they should talk to customer service about their individual experience if they want to try anyway.
I understand playing a game and returning it for a refund if you didn't enjoy it. It happens and it's fine.... But subscribing?
Good luck if you want to try for a refund, but please don't insult the whole player base by assuming they must all be cheating. I hope you get some resolution somewhere where you can be happier.

Why would they refund, yes the game has problems even major problems, but you already consumed the said product. Even if you play 3 hours a week.

3hours x 8 weeks = 24 hours so its about 6$ per hour? Try to find anything that is this cheap. Sorry but you dont deserve a refund, its not like you were completely unable to play it for those 2 months which would probably qualify for a refund if its was Zenimax fault.

I could see a refund for unused play time, but not a full refund. I am having a blast and do not need a refund. Hopefully you will find a game better matched to your expectations.

I do agree about you point on customer service. It is so terrible in this game. I hope they look at the impact that their cs department is having on players and reconsider its structure.
