Quickslot Wheel bugged after patch

I have another button bound to my quickslot select. After this new patch, when I hold down the button I get the wheel like usual, but upon releasing the button it does not select the item anymore. Pressing the quick slot button I assigned to it doesn't select it either. The only way to select it and close the wheel is to press Q again, which isn't even assigned to quickslot for me anymore. Please change it back to auto select the item when you release the button.

@Drazhar14, make sure you're setting your quickslot keybind for both relevant commands:

In the Combat menu, the "Use" Quickslot Item
In the UI shortcuts menu, the View Quickslots (From Inventory)

Thanks and just tried that, but it doesn't fix the issue. I still need to press Q no matter what both keybinds are set to. Is there a way to change it back to the old system where holding the button opens the wheel and releasing the button selects the item?

Make sure you don't have any mods installed that set a keybinding either (probably don't, just want to throw that out as something to check off the list).

Thanks for the suggestion. I disabled all my mods and still no luck. After opening the wheel, the only way to close it and select an item for my quickslot is with Q. Something has changed with the patch, since my key has worked fine before.

@ZOS_GinaBruno‌ I previously had middle mouse button assigned to it.

@Sanibel‌ I bound it to a key on my keyboard, and mouse button 4, and both worked!

It would appear that the middle mouse button (scroll wheel click) no longer works for the quickslot wheel key. I'll just have to use another key for now. Thanks everyone for helping figure out the problem.
