Wife and I have been alternating between SWTOR and ESO. While we've been on since early release, we're still lowbies (low 30s).
Unlike SWTOR, in ESO we can't cooperatively play the main story dungeons (forces solo play), so we're skipping that part (and other forced-solo quests) until the developers fix that giant $%#@-up.

I'm more curious now to see what happens with the game. If this many people are unhappy then doesn't something have to happen? Or do you think they'll be able to just ride it out anyway and be marginally profitable?
I don't want to see the game fail, but it would be a testament and a guide to let the developers know they didn't meet the community's expectations. Playing SWTOR again, it feels like a real mmo. I might come back and finish off the VR++ content on my khajiit nightblade, but for now he's a sleeping kitty.

edit: I am going to go the rest of my day wondering what in the hell crap games you have been subjected to, that you think swtor feels like a "real" mmo. Even wow is a better game and hands down, Dark Age of Camelot is worlds above all of them and almost the oldest of the lot next to EQ.
dunno, guess im not young enough to think garbage like runescape or pokebads were fun.

SWTOR was alright. The storylines were pretty good, especially for bounty hunters. The PvE was sort of boring, but not too bad. The PvP was actually pretty darn fun. SWTOR, while not the greatest in history, is still a lot more complete than ESO. So far, ESO just has the questlines finished with a couple of dungeons tacked on.

now this is a legit complaint and how the QA and the internal beta let this pass ill never know.
Inb4 "Good-bye" thread is closed. Also, troll is troll.

I quit reading when you said SWTOR feels like i a real MMO...
The forum mood will get better one way or another. It will either get better because they make drastic changes to the game to add in missing content and features (which might be to tall an order), or it will get better because all the people who refuse to pay for premium content they aren't getting, will run out their subs and no longer be able to post on the forums.
I am the latter group, hoping to transition to the former group. It's just a race against time at this point.

As for Dev love in SWTOR they just added new space combat, housing (Strongholds with private apartments) and a few other things.
