Alienware running eso

Hey guys, anyone playing with an alienware could give me a performance feedback please?

I was wondering if it can handle high configs and performance in pvp and group dungeons when you have lots of skills going on at the same time.

4th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-4210M processor (3MB Cache, up to 3.2GHz)
8GB DDR3L at 1600MHz (2 x 4G)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 750M with 2GB GDDR5
or
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 765M with 2GB GDDR5

Any comments are welcome, even if you don't have one but know enough about configs to help me decide. Thank you in advance.
People keep saying they heard of a friend of friend of friend of their neighbors that plays a NB and can catch up with dks and sorcs and this guy just never shows up. He would be a rock star if he existed.

You'll get more love with the GTX version. Should be able to to Ultra just fine.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

Overkill the graphic, still lag in pvp because the game is cpu bound, spent gazillions on a comp. I wouldnt do that, but its your money!
It will run every other game very well.

My bad, high settings is for general pve and performance in general for that config in pvp and group dungeons.

What would you recommend? I know a desktop is a better option, but it does not fit me as I'm living in another country at the moment.

    Thanks for your help.

I think the only thing that really matters is having an OC friendly CPU and boost it above 4.00 ghz.
Pretty much any decent GPU can handle the game.

The big issue with ESO right now is the single core performance, that's why Desktop PC´s offer a better solution due the OC ability there. You can easily buy an intel CPU (K) for 200 and OC it to 4.0 GHz.

Laptops are very hard to OC if at all, so that ultra with a lot of players in the open world is going to be very tricky. But I do know that you can buy Laptops which are a bit overclocked, those however cost a lot more money and I am not sure if one game is worth that investment. :(

Try to get as close as you can to those 4.0 GHz - however, we never know when ZO will fix the multi threading so that you might spend a lot of money on something, that wont be necessary in a few weeks.

[I hope to actually answer your post < 2 weeks .. but ...]

Since my HIS Radeon HD 6850 fan burned out yesterday ... I am waiting on a newer Aurora from Alienware:

    Intel® Core™ i7 Extreme Processor:
    Intel® Core™ i7-4820K Processor (10M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz)

    Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 770 with 4GB total (2x 2GB) GDDR5

Liquid cooling unit & ALX chassis with active venting

    etc.

Hope this puppy will keep ESO running (on my end) :p

Sorry to hear that. I always try to avoid comp companies, especially HP and Dell, and prefer even midway separate components to put in a roomy air cooled tower.

Haven't really been out lately so I haven't kicked up my laptop to see how it will handle ESO after the patches. Was fine, but I guess I should check, someday. :)

They kind of mis-advertised that. With an SLI setup, you do NOT have 4GB of video RAM. You have 2GB.

My $1600 computer beats the specs of that though.

There are many other companies that will give you better value than Alienware (Dell) these days. And this is coming who owned three Alienware rigs. Alienware just isn't worth it, check out iBuyPower, CyberPowerPC, or another company like that.
