War Horn/Sturdy Horn Buff Caster as Well?

The ability [War Horn] reads:

"Increases Max Magicka and Stamina of nearby allies by 20% for 27 seconds."

This ability seems awesome. I was wondering if anyone with the ability can confirm that is buffs the caster as well as nearby allies?

I want to make sure the caster benefits from the spell as well as his allies before I invest the time to get rank 4 in Cyrodiil. Can anyone confirm?

It buffs yourself. At least War Horn does. Still at War Horn III so unable to confirm if Sturdy Horn does but it should.

I honestly think the Ultimate cost for this ability is way to high.

Just managed to morph the skill to Sturdy War Horn and can confirm that you also get the full benefits.

It takes forever to build up the Ulti points but War Horn is powerful in battle, with its aggregate bonus across your nearby allies. I have seen it change the tide of a battle that was on the brink many times and I always keep it on my second bar in PvP.
