Is there a recognizable "LOOKING FOR TEAM" emote to be used nearby difficult bosses?

If there was a flag-waving (or something) emote that VISIBLY announced you are looking for help it would be easier to find assistance for tough bosses. Many players just run past too fast and enter the instance before you can invite or ask.

The little + above your corpse normally works.... :)

Dont think there is one other than shouting in /zone about the boss being up, that normally makes an army of people turn up sharpish.

What instanced content requires grouping that a helpme flag would be useful for? If its a public dungeon, just follow someone else, you don't have to be in a group to get loot from the boss.

Otherwise "/z LFG xxxx" works great, in my experience.

I hereby nominate /Drum to be the unofficial LFG emote.

I'm talking about the sort of boss fight that is inside a smaller instanced area of a regular quest dungeon (not even talking about the public dungeons). Sometimes those instances will be solo (or team) only - so noone will wander in to help. You can't just wait for someone with the same quest to start hitting your target if you aren't in the same instance. A LFG emote lets players know u want to team and are not just standing there AFK.

    I'll second /Drum

You can use /overhere to have your character wave its arms in the air. /drum, /horn and /whistle can also work if you want to be heard by nearby players.

/rally also has your character automatically cycle through various animations starting with the abovementioned arms-waving.
