As concept the current idea good. However it has being exploited by farmers & bots that constantly clean up whole maps.
I haven't found an non empty container in weeks now. Everything is wiped clean pretty efficiently, even on the most hard to get places in VR3 areas.
The price currently for Ancient Elf & Daedric are 150K and 200K respectively. And the prices will only go up with patch 1.1.0. A normal player like me, at VR2 has around 50-60K in gold. But I haven't spam endlessly the zone chat selling items. I either give them to friends or scrap them for the mats.
TESO has a brilliant crafting system. Maybe we should utilise it.
Give to the normal players, the ability to reverse engineer and learn the motif, like you do with the traits but bit more complex.
Let's say we need to find 5-6 Daedric/Ancient elf/Khajiit, what ever, different items. Put them on "research" for the same scaling as normal traits. And at the end of the two weeks, we would learn the trait.
Same with food. Recipes are rare and you can get one at level 10 the next being level 45 and from level 50 to VR5. Allow us to experiment with the food components, if we do not know a recipe. Like we do with alchemy and Enchanting.
By eliminating those areas, of gold farmers profit, we are going to get rid of them.
Last night people were selling Daedric & Ancient Elf motifs, by spamming on zone. And when I discuss the price argument they replied "buy gold from XXXX website and get on with it"
I prefer to craft khajiit gear, that fit my character at the end of the day.
