So I've been a beta player and I've been with the game since 5-day early release. It didn't take me long to hit VR1 maybe a week so it was around the first week of launch I noticed this quest not working. Vanus is uninteractable and is prventing me from completeing the quest.
Im sure some of you guys have the same problem (maybe not this quest but others) and that is fine I expect bugs to happen it is a new game being released... But when I submit a ticket every week I and have emails on emails of support saying they are looking into it and what not It leads me to believe that something is being done and they are looking into it. it wasn't up until these last 2 weeks when support won't even mail me back. What have I complained about this quest to many times for you guys to answer my tickets or even reply to my old tickets. I am aware that after 7 days it gets expired so what usually happens is after 2-3 days of emailing b ack and forth they tell me they will let some 'lead programmers' look into it for me and that I would recieve a message back. But this never happens. On the 5, or 6th day I usually send a few emails back for the ticket to not get expired but they do not reply. It seems the only help I can get is the generic Logout/logon drop quest help. Well its been a fun month and bit playing with you... But come on..
Maybe i'll be back in a year when everything is better but until then

    I guess i got lucky, never had a problem with this quest or any of the other end story quests that others have been suffering from. Now my NB on the other hand, that is a different story. Buggy as heck! I thought this was fixed recently?

    I too had a problem not being able to interact with Vanus. I submitted an in game help ticket and within an hour a representative contacted me and asked if I was at the NPC location, I was and he asked me to log off the game for a minute while he fixed something, he advised me I should be able to interact with Vanus and he, the representative Pablo would check back with me in a few minutes to make sure I could progress.
    When I logged back into the game there were two Vanus! I choose the new Vanus and all progressed smoothly thereafter. Pablo checked back with me in a few minutes.
