Looking for a tight, cool group of folks to guild with on NA server

Hey, guys. I've been going solo since launch (lvl 50 now), and I think that it's time for me to group up with a tight knit, cool group of folks to guild with. I'm looking for people who want to quest together, possibly pvp together, hunt together, generally BS together etc. I'm an old school MMO player (since '99), and I'm looking for the type of tight collectives i guilded with on EQ/asherons call back in the day. preferably one with a vent channel.

We are a bunch of old guys playing ESO, BSing and having fun, I'm not sure anyone else can maintain a hour long conversation on how astrophysicists relate to bananas. I'm probably the youngest member at 24. Our leader is more of the guy that keeps us together. Our ESO group mainly consist of Talliss(Retired Australian chef), Me(Homeless shelter cook), Wingy(Unemployed baker), Shadowpuppet(Does something at a nursing home), Rob aka leader(Retired cop).
