Can you guys PLEASE separate the news forums into each of their respective languages?
For example, on the main forum page, you have the customer support sections, each of those sections are separated into each of the three main languages. This is fantastic.
It allows people that speak each of those particular languages, to quickly and easily find what they are looking for, or simply to read what others are saying in that particular section.
Now, if we fast forward to the official news section ... which seems to be the ONLY section (yet the most important!) which is just a giant jumble of multicultural posts that is really annoying to sift through.
No offense to anyone that speaks french of german (I can speak french and a little german myself tbh), however my primary language is english and if I need to catch up on the news of a service I am paying for, the least I expect them to do, is to allow me to actually find the information quickly and easily. Not make me go hunting through 3 different languages trying to find a post.

P.s. I don't know who actually designed your forums, but there is something really off putting about them. It might partly be the colour scheme, it might be the annoying layered approach to them, or something else I can't quite put my finger on...but I really really hate these forums.
Marvel Heroes uses the same forum setup as you do, and it's a million times better. Maybe go look at their forums and "borrow" some ideas from them?

P.s.s. I do like that you guys disabled disagrees / flags / etc on peoples posts right from the get go to stop the trolls. Thanks for that.
