Reporting player (bot) makes me crash

I wonder if there's more to that... today I saw bots running in my quest area, got one in my visor, called that ring menu up, when selecting the report option on the ring, game freezes. Can't even alt-f4 or close if from bottom bar, like I could in infinite load screen of death, had to kill the process from ctrl-alt-del.
That happened 3 times in a row, trying to report the same train of bots... is that any anti-report tool from the bots? or just my own mojo exploding like some old Dunmer artifact of impeding doom
