Strange graphics issue...

Every once in a while I will encounter a strange glitch. And it’s always right after a patch or maintenance.
Sometimes I will see NPCs with no detail. The same would go for parts of buildings (stairs, door frames and so), trees, bushes, and also my own character.
Thinking this may be caused by a graphics issue, I have done research on my video card and drivers and been told by both Sony and Nvidia that my drivers are up to date. I have also set the game down to it’s lowest setting.
I have contacted Tech Support and they asked I repair the game, which I did.
Keep in mind that this does not happen all the time. For the most part the game runs smooth and without any problems.
I am hoping someone out there might have some ideas as to what is going on.
