Subscription Ended a day Early -.-

So I checked my page and I had subscription till the 9th... get home just now to be told it was already attempted to withdraw and been declined... I had till Tomorrow when I checked last weekend -.- why was it withdrawn a day early!?!

    I live US eastern -.- I don't care so much having to wait till in the morning to play i'm more so pissed about it saying the 9th on the page yet it charges early on the 8th...

    Happened to me to i was suppose to be billed on the 9th. Worked out perfectly cuz i get paid may 9th. But i was billed tonight and i couldn't play.
    Try using paypal as a payment method. Worked for me and now it says im being billed on the 9th
    I am in eastern time zone as well.
    Not the end of the world but a lil frustrating because some of us apparently thought we were being billed tomorrow

    Don't have paypal :( this is getting annoying -.- I have to work tmr so soon as I get paid I need to be g oing to bed >.< so i'm losing out on my play time!

    I noticed with the launch that they were actually a day ahead. Early access, for example, started for me a day previous to what was given. I think this has a lot to do with their customer base outside of the US time zones. For example, it's already the 9th elsewhere.

    Kinda sucks here as well, as it's been a little tight around here financially. I too was expecting the billing to take place sometime after midnight and planned for it.

    This again is a good advert for time cards... you buy em when you have the money and you decide when to add them...

    I will be changing my sub to timecards soon. It stops all problems like this.

    Im not surprised. Its 1 day no big deal. I still have a preauth on my CC from april 4th when I got my box in the mail.

    Not that mmos always send you an billing details for a subscription but curious if this one is meant to. Like paper trails and so on

    They are really not charging you a day ahead, they are processing the payment to your account, so if your account has no money to process the payment, well you know what happened. I see this happen a lot with some automatic payments I have set up for electricity and water for example, they process 1 day ahead and you can see the transaction in your bank account on hold, but not taken out until the day it's suppose to be taken out. They are just sending the transaction early to ensure it's going to be process in time. I hope that helps.

    but the issue is instead of it saying may 9th is the payment date now it says im gonna get charged June 8th? So does that mean next month its gonna charge me the 7th? Am i gonna lose a day every month? Before today it said my payment day was the 9th? See what im saying here.. LOL hope it makes sense

    I'm fine with that except they shouldn't just close your account a day ahead if you don't have the money they should let you keep playing til the time actually ends... It said the 9th and here i am on the 8th not being able to play -.-

    I don't have a recurring suscription and the game says i have <1 Days, maybe that means the remaining days shown in the account aren't the live ones.
    Do you mind? I'm busy doing the fishstick, it's a very delicate state of mind.

    Not trying to turn this on you or anyone else, please don't misunderstand me.

    What I'm trying to say is that me as a merchant, when I provided a service, I want to make sure I get pay on time for those services, so I may send a payment confirmation to your setup account 1 day ahead to ensure the money it's there for me to get pay on the day of the billing.

    Now, there may be an issue with your bank itself denying that process as there is not enough money on your account to cover for that service, thus why your account in-game got cancel. You understand now?
    Some banks will process the payment and put it on hold for a day, even if you have no money (putting your account on negative and charging you a fee also), most banks don't do this at all and simply decline the payment (yes, even if it is 1 day ahead of time and on hold) which is why your game account got cancel, as they can't get a payment confirmation.
    90% of the time it's the customer fault for having no money , not the service provider, or the banks fault for not accepting the confirmation as there is no money to put on hold and they refuse to do it without the proper funds in the bank account to cover for the hold/confirmation payment.

    I havn't had an empty bank account for 40 years lol. Just speaking for those who may and were told payment is good through the 9th. Do you understand now? lol. ok i'll stop being a smart ass and i understand what your saying , but these people are now unable to play for time they have already paid for. (Grant it, it was free time) but some people (one i know) get there checks direct deposited tonight at midnight and will be unable to play till things clear.
