You need more than 4 gig ram, I had that much and stuttered everywhere...put in another 4 and it's smooth all the time. Even on my laptop, not running at max, my system is using 4.7gb when in mass pvp.

@greylox so you do think the second one i listed in the previous post would be better? it has 8 gb ram

which video card is better though? ATI Radeon HD 7730 or AMD Radeon R7 250

I dont know the difference between these things :\

I would shop from a company like iBuyPower or CyberPowerPC if I were you. You will get much more bang for your buck doing this, than shopping at Best Buy. You can actually get a pre built computer for less than the cost of the price of the parts with the right combo.

R7 250 is newer but check it here http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R7-250-vs-Radeon-HD-7730 Looks like the 250 is better. I don't know much on ati cards, but another 4gb ram would only cost a small amount and is beyond simple to fit. And there are better companies like the poster above said, I'll put forth www.pcspecialist.co.uk

    Thanks for your help everyone.

My issue with building a PC is that I have no idea how to do it.

My issue with specifying parts to someone who could build a PC is that I don't know enough about PC parts to be able to pick what parts I wanted that would still allow me to run that game at reasonably high settings while keeping cost as low as possible

Here is one of the biggest issues. Not many ppl know what the "lowest" grade of CPU/GPU is, because anyone in to building PCs, never is looking for the lowest grade.

Unfortunately going to Best buy, will most likely have you walking out spending more than you should, but, you will probably atleast be able to play. My recommendation would be, buy the cheapest "new" PC you can find, and buy a 120$ nvidia GTX 750

That graphic card should be powerful enough to run the game, if you want better graphics go to the GTX 750 ti for 149$ and you can probably play at high settings.

The 750 series requires no external power adapters, so you wouldnt have to worry about the crappy PSU that comes with prebuilts.

Nice job, I think you would be happy with the 2nd one. As you would not have to put any more money into it, where as the first one you would have to buy 2 4 gb ram sticks and basically through away the ram that comes with it (if you look, there is only 2 memory slots on the MOBO, so you can not ADD any ram, you have to replace)

Go with the 2nd one, then as soon as the console version comes out, you will feel like you went from last gen straight in to next gen. It might even feel like a new game again :)
