    I think the point I was trying to make got thrown out the window. fixes will come, but people complaining about the problems need to step back and use the preview post button. The developers and moderators do not need to hear threats, it likely makes them roll their eyes. What they do need is a clear concise explanation so they can pass it on. The following is a slightly exaggerated version of many of the threads we see.

    This is an obvious exaggeration, but the content is the same as what I often see, and I imagine the moderators eyeroll at it.

    Capslocked title, threats, no information. What is zenimax, or anyone else supposed to do with this kind of post? What quest were you doing? What zone were you in? What faction were you on? What toon were you playing?

    At this point, all they know is that during one quest on one of your chars you fell through the world.

    When I say calm down I am not telling everyone to ignore their problems, I am saying take time, preview the post, and try to look at it from a moderator point of view. Could someone explain your problem to a complete stranger so they can fix it from your post?

    We have the right to complain about problems, but this message is for the community to try to be less emotional about things, know that they will get better, but we have to work WITH zenimax to resolve the issues.

    To be honest, releasing a product in such an unfinished messy state at AAA+ premium prices when they were clearly not ready to manage the product properly pretty much means that they as a company (not individuals, other than those who made the decision to push it out in this state) deserve all the negative tones of feedback that they have received to date.

    It is very difficult for a customer trust a company to behave reasonably and get things on track when they have provided an experience like the one we have all received so far.

    Some things have improved since launch (forum/website based community management), a few gamebreaking bugs, and what feels like fewer sudden unannounced maintenances, and I don't know about you, but I haven't fallen through the terrain in a while.

    However there are still issues with: lazy/bad game design (Auction House, Veteran Ranks, Content Copy Pasta galore), significant game bugs with things like world bosses that cannot complete, and failures to load into cyrodil etc, abysmal class balancing (just delete nightblade and give everyone who has one a sorcerer of the same level, its obvious how half baked this class is), botting/gold selling galore, no actual euro server etc (where to stop the list?).

    Lets not forget the latest more grevious errors that have been cropping up to replace the problems that have been resolved such as; People being banned for botting who weren't (like one of my guild members who played other games with us and now wont be back despite a ban retraction) & people being charged actual money for subscriptions and not having their subscription renewed.

    Seems like every time I browse the forum there is a new legitimate problem that has come up that would send other communities into meltdown, yet here they are, just another faux pas in the ongoing circus of cheerful failures.

    Today, I made the decision to not to go on with this game, although I still have days left to play. When reaching a higher level, above 40, you will find MORE bugs. Now I was in the veteran part and even whole houses were GONE, or quest elements were not loaded. I really have the feeling this whole game was released without a single proper test! All this patching that needs to be done every week or more confirms that quality is really low and they just want to gain money for early start (see the register part you had to pay in advance for another 30 days).

    The game will be deleted for my pc, also I will pretend it never existed. It was fun as long as it was playable. They now lost a big fan of the Elder Scrolls series.
