Fix the bug where you can only use basic attacks already

What are you waiting for? This bug is ridiculous and causes me to die multiple times every night. Hitting ESC twice doesn't even work anymore, I have to stop and type /reloadui to fix it.

    I like to think that the ones i'm fighting (at least in PvP) are so overpowered that it should be fair to have my character bugged like that until my next death.
    Do you mind? I'm busy doing the fishstick, it's a very delicate state of mind.

    FYI, this bug still occurs after the patch. It's a little less frequent, but still happens about once every 20 minutes or so on my Dual Wield Nightblade.

    he most skill keys are lagging now or wont be working. An disaster.
