So I know this problem has been around for a while, and it affects people who used intimidate in a certain quest line that prevents the next quest from triggering. Has there been an official acknowledgement of the problem? I really want the Pact Hero title!

Daethz✭✭✭Yup, mines been broken for a long time, I scoured the entire zone for the remaining quests.
I'm actually 1 away, I don't think I have completed the Group Dungeon in that zone (not the public dungeon).
My "The Rift Quests" achievement is also stuck at 65/68, haven't done either public or group dungeon in that zone.Waiting, and watching, for the return of Melee Weapons.

Avidus✭✭✭ZoS have acknowledged the issue, they claim there are no quests that are bugged, however they have also stated exactly which quests can cause you to miss other quests.
The issue however, is that picking certain choices has caused a large amount of players to miss out of this achievement and the rewards that follow.
The solution however is nothing major, but ZoS have not addressed it is simply to lower the the quest completion count, or to add additional quests to the area.
I have searched the entire zone and every bush and puddle in it for my 62nd quest, I cannot however find it.
Upon seeking customer support I was first informed to continue to search for the quest.
And then after I was informed about 2 quests that might potentially solve my issue, however I had already completed those quests.
I believe myself to be a victim of making incorrect decisions, but wanting to complete everything and still make choices that fit my character and role.
So @ZOS_GinaBruno and any other ZoS PR, could you please give us some official information, at least let us know where your heads are at, what some of your potential plans might be, or your reasoning behind not currently implementing player suggestions.

There is a thread in the EP section that has ZOS responses and I talked with a CSR rep at length specifically about this bug and the Eastmarch Achievement bugs.
Short answer: it will be fixed in a future patch, and it may be automatic or you might need to submit a ticket.You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.
