There are literally dozens upon dozens of bots here in Coldharbour right now. There's so many I can't even report them all, and I've probably submitted over 50 tickets already. This is completely out of control. They are just coming in waves. I'm not sure where they're traveling in from, but they stop at this point in Hollow City which is just inside the main entrance when you first travel to Coldharbour from Stirk. They all stop at this point and dissapear, presumably to go farm more gold or something. Like I said, there are so many that I can't even report them all, and somebody needs to do something. They are all obvious bots, following the same path, they're all level 3, have the starter equipment and names such as "zlkdfhlasdhlsdkfj"

Bumping is against the Terms of Use, sorry. Many areas of the game are like this, and have been since launch. Ignore it. They're working on. -
Dita✭✭✭Don't want to be negative here, but in a good old day of Star Wars Galaxies - if you filed a report, GM will contact you almost instantly (I was running away from them at first, cause they appear from nowhere), or at least - you could see you tickets and the stage it (ticket) was in (filed/resolved/working on) kind of thing. I paid good money to play this game and it really pisses me off to see these botters trying to ruin it. As soon as I saw these waves of bots coming, I just completely lost focus of what I was doing in the game. Here they are, out in the open, completely obvious, and there's no end in sight. I'm really angry about it

This simply isn't true, Zenimax have a full support office in Ireland, and support managers in the US.
However, things have moved on since 1997. This isn't a small number of players they're dealing with. In total Zenimax has a few hundred employees, to put it into perspective. -

Okay, I'll rephrase it for you since the sarcasm was obviously lost to you.
Zenimax has CHOSEN to severely understaff and undertrain their CS department because they don't want to make room in the budget for it. Doing so would hurt the profit the suits are set to make, and that is not an option for them, no matter how dire the CS needs get.
You can pretend like you know everything about Zenimax, and that they are this great company. No one here is going to buy that *** because 9/10 people have experienced first hand the absolute, hands down, worst customer service ever given for an MMO. -

You have no idea how totally inadequate your reporting mechanism is.
You have no idea how long it takes to report even one bot that isn't stationery.

You have no idea how long it takes to report even on bot that isn't stationery.

They aren't paid to have an idea. They are paid to click through a knowledge base screen and deliver a canned response. Sometimes, they'll even append an extra sentence to the canned response in order to make it sound more personal...
Hard to blame them though when they are overwhelmed with tickets because they are vastly understaffed. I will and always have place blame on the suits who are laughing their way to the bank.

No they are paid to moderate the forum. I know everyone thinks their issue should take center stage but they go in order. The bots have been there basically since launch they know about them and are working on a solution. So throwing a tantrum does nothing. The forum mods are not gamemasters.
