"Strength here for weakness there and mitigation everywhere~"

It's something I coined regarding the price of all how players and abilities can effect each other and the game, taking responsibility for choices, and I agree with the tweaking of balance in such a game and community.

In the grandparents of MMOs, they can make modern games appear a casual breeze by comparison and I truly feel that something worth anything should be conscious and not lacking effort.

That stated, I'm *glad* that some exploits and bugs were fixed with Vampires that seemed out of control. Other changes can be acclimated to in time, aside all the future tweaks to come I'm sure.

However what I find a tad asinine is essentially cutting the discount to Stage 4 by 2/3, and increasing cost of mana for Elusive Mist (in tandem with Poison Mist still bugged).

Additionally, easing of reduction in health regeneration (Undeath, passive) is still non-functional.

Thoughts on this, aside fallacious logic-ridden assumption?

    If it's about balance with other classes, armor, and other synergies among concerns for PvP taking priority over PvE concerns, then that of itself raises a flag as to how measures across the board are implemented rather than 1) fixing the bugs first and 2) looking ahead to see how everything is effected as opposed to quick fixes, as it seems but could be wrong.
