Really just curious why a reduce ultimate 3 piece set, stacked with reduce ultimate cost passives from dk and reduce spell cost of stage 4 vampirism don't just get overcharged into oblivion?
Seems like a fairly simple fix(Which probably means its a coding nightmare) to a godawful problem in pvp right now.
