I bought things in the guild store before and they arrived by mail in game. Today I spent more than I ever have before, it took my gold away, the item never came to me- not in mail, not appearing in my bag. How do I get my item? Can anyone explain?
Okay s here's what happened after I posted this. After 15 minutes, I logged my main out (who had bought the item) switched to an alt and magically, the alt showed there was new mail. I logged him out and logged the main back in, and there was the mail with my item. I don't know why you have to log out and in to get your mail, but it's an easy fix.
