Looking for a PvE/PvP ebonheart guild

Hello all. I am currently looking for a guild to call home. Here is a little background on myself.
I enjoy all aspects of the game. As of right now im running around enjoying the PvE part of the game. Just taking what the game has to offer in. I do plan on going to the PvP part of the game soon enough, I just do not wish to join into the fight and know i have to find the mindless zerg to be apart of. I have experience in helping run guilds. I was a Guild leader and a guild commander for "WvW" on GW2. The guild i was in decided they didnt want to come to ESO. So instead of trying to start a guild knowing no one, so hear i am.
A few things i am looking for in a guild.
I want to be apart of a active guild. Im tired of being invited to guilds and when i get on to play, they have a total of 5 people get on over the long span of hours im on playing. I have been playing the game since beta weekends alone. Im rather tired of playing alone. Really lame playing an mmo, alone.
First off i want to be apart of a guild that is here to play the game and enjoy it. I do not want to be apart of any drama. I know it comes and goes. Less drama more enjoying the game.
I want to be able to have a group of people that enjoy the PvE side of the game. I want to be apart of groups that go dungeon running and such. I enjoy the dungeons i have done so far and would like to be apart of a "Raid" Team once the new larger dungeons come out.
I want to be apart of a well organized group of players when i go into the PvP. I do not want to be apart of a "mindless zerg." Either taking control of supplies, keeps and whatever else we can do or sitting and helping defend a keep. It would be nice to be apart of something. I have Teamspeak 3 and mumble so either or for voice communications.
I hope what im asking for is not to much. Of course you can reply to this or send me a mail. I look forward to hearing from you.
