Just in case you weren't aware selecting the "HERE" option to resurrect after death burns a soul gem appropriate to your level same goes for resurrecting other players, perhaps that's where all your soul gems went ? or perhaps you were burning them re-charging your weapons and not realizing it? or lastly you've got the bank stuffer addon and accidently stuck them in your bank (I did that once ).

Na, its a bug. Apparently they are looking into it. With mine, I lost about 100 total potions of different types, and they were all replaced with a single much lower level potion of each type. In other words, I had about 20-40 each of health, stamina, and magika potions ranging from level 38-40. I log in after the patch and I now only have 1 level 34 health potion, 1 level 34 stamina potion, and 1 level 34 magika potion. These potions I didn't even have in my inventory to begin with.

Well that blows.... I guess there's no safe place to hide all your potions and soul gems. Thanks for the heads up though I guess I hold off making any new potions until they fix this bug.

I save them for boss fights I had 18 of them.
