I can't log in

I was playing the game when it suddenly closed. So I tried to log back in and I keep getting the message that my account information is wrong. I tried a few times and then closed everything and waited a few minutes. Then I tried again and I'm still getting the same message.

    Update: I just got suspended from the website when I tried to check my account. This is an outrage, I haven't done anything wrong!

    Hey there, @Spyfox007_ESO‌. If you were issued a suspension and you would like to submit an appeal, you can do so by following these steps:
    • Open the Support page on the official ESO website and click on Email or contact Customer Support here.
    • Once the support e-mail opens, choose Account / Billing under "What kind of problem are you experiencing?"
    • Choose "I Would Like to appeal a suspension/ban." from the Select a Subcategory dropdown menu.
    • Describe the problem in the space provided.
    • Click Submit Question to send the appeal to Customer Support.

    Our Support Team will be able to investigate further and provide you with more information.

    So how long will he have to wait for an appeal even if he didn't do anything wrong? Since it seems to be happening to a lot of people it today, just a little worried since this sort of thing happened to me in the first week of release and don't want to re-live another nightmarish episode trying to get it fixed again. For doing nothing wrong and being punished that is, any other punishment after that one may have been just if in fact it occurred that is. Who knows maybe I wouldn't have such an issue with all the bugs and broken game play if I felt like I was treated right that very first time...I did nothing wrong and was dealt with without even a response telling me so, had to figure that out on my own ;)

    Or maybe some clarification on what actually constitutes talking about punishment in these forums and the many mistakes by Zeni would be nice...seems like a catch 22 when you can't say anything about false punishment here and Support will ignore you also

    Personally, if I was ZOS, I'd email an explanation of what triggered the suspension, along with evidence (eg. a snapshot of any data demonstrating the infraction) to the customer with a link to the appeal form... so at least they know there's a good reason for it.

    Lol...took me twelve hours to get a response and their first cookie cutter response was pretty much too bad wait 72 hrs for it to finish and then we will respond after you are back in game, my Grandmother still hasn't recovered from when I kicked her down the stairs after I raged from that response almost a month ago.

    And that was when the English forums were still in German so I couldn't even get help here if I wanted to.

    One thing I can't say is that I've gotten nothing out of the experience. Look at all these cool badges I got for not being able to play the game! ..sigh..

    I just received a message saying my subscription has been canceled. I still can't access the website, it says my account is suspended! Plus I said I'd consider canceling, I never confirmed I was canceling.
