Experienced Raid Tank/Healer Looking for Friendly, Semi-Casual Guild PC|NA|DC

Hello,
I'm looking to join an established guild to enjoy the finer aspects of PvE in this game. I have played a lot of MMOs in the past, with most of my experience in WoW and the Guild Wars games. From that experience I've most enjoyed tanking and healing in raids and hard dungeons/group encounters (e.g. heroics in WoW). I occasionally PvP as well and had moderate success in WoW arenas/Guild Wars 2 WvW.
I don't have a ton of free time (7pm-9pm weeknights, some weekends), but what time I do have I would like to engage with a family-friendly group of folks who are interested in a challenge but don't take themselves too seriously. For context, I bought the game on launch day but I'm only level 20 on my main!
My objective is to get to where I can focus on learning and beating veteran dungeon content, and tackle the trials/"raid" content as it becomes available. I play games in my free time mainly to relax, so a friendly atmosphere is a must-have!
I have a small group of real life friends who currently also play ESO and with whom I've played prior MMOs, they also have a lot of experience with group content and may be interested in coming along if we can find the right crowd.
