3rd person view with

Is there any way to play the game in 3rd person with the cross-hairs in the center of the screen / directly above my character's head?
EDIT: Without having the scroll so far back I should say...

Actually, the cross-hairs are always in the center of the screen, it is your character that is not. It scrolls in to an over the shoulder view, but the cross hairs are always centered on the screen.0
