I can't join game anymore, stuck at loading screen :(

Okay so last night i left my char in Cyrodiil in the wilderness somewhere. now i'm trying to resume game but it stays stuck at loading screen. been trying for 20 minutes now.

I can't play. help please :(

    I'm also unable to connect. I logged out in the Shadowfens and now when I try to log back in I can select my character and choose to enter game but then I get an error message and am told to try to reconnect in a few minutes. This has been going on since last night.

    Please note that players that find their characters looped in requesting character screen will need to disable any VPN (virtual private network) or proxies enabled on their current network/device before you attempt to login to The Elder Scrolls Online.

    We would recommend to the players to disable and then re-enable UPnP on their router
    We advise to players playing on a campus or business network, to contact their tech support and ask for a rule to be added for the shaping device used on the network.
    This will allow prioritization access for The Elder Scrolls Online on the network and then you should be able to login.

    No help. Still unable to connect. I noted in my original message that I had made no changes to my system and this was a new problem. Going on 16 hours unable to play and with no real help from customer support. I wonder if I'll get the time credited to my account? I somehow suspect not.

    My favorite part is where they close the ticket without making sure the problem is fixed. I guess ZMO management is watching ticket close rate without caring if the problems are actually fixed.

    For a test you can try disabling all addons and see if you can connect. Several of them can cause issues

    same problem. solved by executing /flushdns command from terminal
    (ipconfig /flushdns)

    Cyrodiil looks like a dangerous place to stay overnight
