Game "crash/stop working" seems to still be working.

Quite regularly my game crashes and it says it stops working and I can submit a bug report. While it says that, I can still hear and see things moving in the game, but submitting a crash report makes it quit. So it seems like it gets a false error or something and makes my game quit while it is, in reality, still working. Anyone else with this problem?
