Are Access Codes not being sent out???

When logging in to the game today, I got the message stating that I need to enter an Access Code because my computer is not authorized to log in to my account. Strange, considering this is the same computer and the same network/IP address I've been using for weeks, but whatever....

My Access Code is not being sent to me. I've tried three times, each waiting the recommended 10 minutes between attempts. It's not in spam either. I've already opened a CS ticket.

Just curious if anyone else is having this problem.

    I wonder if the access codes are getting blocked by Spamhaus, like the customer support tickets.
