I'm a pretty patient guy and I know that MMOs always release with bugs and that it takes time to fix them, but slowly I'm reaching a point where I just cant understand why so little is done about it.
When I started with ESO i got the 5 Days ahead and expected some bugs on the way. That was ok, I knew some will be fixed and till i reached Deshaan it was so. Fine with me doing a Quest a day later. In Eastmarch then i met that Asmalah-Bug, who does not spawn and you cant complete the Mainstory for that Region. That was sad, but i skipped it and moved forward to the Rift. There I experienced some more Bugs, including the final Boss from not spawning. I'm still waiting for a response for my ticket about that one - I wrote it about two weeks ago.
Well, when i hit the right level, i could go on with the Mainquest, looking forward to enter Coldharbour. It was some nice diplomacy quest it looked like and after i had to travel to the Island Stirk, nothing happened there. The last patch stated, that this was fixed, but I still have that bug, that the guys who need to be present are not. Thats quite a while ago, I repoted it through ticket before and after the patch - still waiting for a response to both of the tickets.
After i did two days of PVP, I got the hint to port to someone in Coldharbour, so I did. There i could go on with the story and finish about 2/3 of the Map, till i got to the Army of Meridia Quest where i should enter the Chapel of Light. I did and .. nothing happened inside. That's 10 Days ago, I filled a Ticket in the game without a response yet.
After waiting for 6 days I filed a telephoneticket, hoping someone will call me back. The website stated it takes more then one hour till callback. I waited 1,5 Days without a call, then I got a mail to do some standard stuff, reloadui, abondon quest and /camp. I did all that, stated this in the ticket, since it was still bugged and waited .. for another 2 days. Today i got a mail, that my ticket will be forwarded to the responsible staff - I guess i have to wait for another few days till they tell me to test something i did allready.
It is 10 Days now, that i cant do any PVE, I'm short about to turn Veteran 3 doing PVP, what is the next thing.
I like the PVP System and i play it a lot, but i'm getting fed of unkown errors, crashing client, endless loading screens, stamina-bugs, resetted ultimate-counters, lagspikes just when battles start, so you end up dead as soon as the games moves again and ultimate-abusing vampires.
Its not like its only 2-4 Bugs there is to deal with, but its a constant move from bug to bug. I'm more fighting the game, then the enemy while PVP is the only thing i'm allowed to do at the moment.
I understand, that, when more then 80% of the filed tickets are about bots, you need to deal with them, but do you need to bind the same 80% of your supportteam to them?
I'd really like to play this game, but I'm coming to the solution, that its just not possible in the state the game is in right now.
If someone wants to say "stop whining and get over it" - think about dealing with all these bugs:
Bugged Quests, preventing going on in the game:
- Three Crowns Quest - mainquest (not even abondable, to try again)
- Army of meridia - important quest preventing me to enter 2/3 of the game-content with my main char
- stomping of sinmur - just a complete region that is not completeable, not so much to worry about
Behavior-Bugs:
- Stamina drops very fast sometimes
- Crashes in bigger groups - suddenly half a raid gets offline
- lagspikes when people enter or leave a group
- lagspikes when battles are starting, killing the ones at the front
- random lag followed by crashes without a group
- outer and inner postern doors at keeps bugged, so you cant use them while the enemy is sieging the front door
- continual resets of the ultimate ability points, so its almost never ready to use
- Endless Loading Screens
Abusement:
- Vampire-Mage who kills whole raids without anyone able to do something about it (fair enough, he respecced from invisible to lifeleech, so with some luck he is killable again - invisible is just nothing to do about it)
The last thing is taking off the whole balance of a campaign, moving players on one faction up in the ranking when they might have tagged the players getting killed by the vamp.
Maybe I've forgotten some bugs, there are just too many to remember them all while writing this.
So, again the question: where is the support?
and what shall I do now? I cant do any PVE and I'm rarely be able to have fun in PVP. I dont want to quit the game, I want to play it as its supposed to be.

It seems customer support only contact the fanboy few, unless some posters are telling lies. I have never had a phone call back so i can only assume now they have our money that we are on our own.
So I feel sorry for you, especially if you have been enjoying the game. You can only persist with your complaint and seek to continue to embarrass ZOS into action on this forum.
Other than that maybe make an alt in another alliance and level that toon up. I'm guessing though, that you probably wont be in a mood to do that.

Lesspa✭✭✭They really need to fix "Army of Meridia".
I completed all 3 parts of the quest, but it says I still need to "Find the Ayleid King". I see him at the fighters guild hall in the Hallow City, so i know i saved him...
Ive sent a few support tickets, and ive gotten two seperate responses saying that the issue is known and a fix is being worked on....
I am VR2 now, strictly leveling through PvP daily quests, but i dont know how much more i can take!0 -

Oolou✭✭✭As an aside, and not to detract from your main point - there is a workaround for the three crowns quest. I had the same problem there and this worked.
Abandon all your other quests and then log out of the game and launcher. Log in again after a little wait for the instances to reset and the quest then works.0 -

the crown leaders still do not spawn (its the second patch stating to fix that)
the army of meridia is still bugged
still cant procede in PVE and in PVP its still vampires trashing all tactics with stacked batswarms0
