whooligans✭✭There are active gamemasters, they're doing what they can. It takes time. Go complain to the people who decide to bot, they are the ones who ruin it.

Incarnatus✭✭✭However ZOS have a responsibility to their subscriber's to deal with this and from what I can see their way of doing this is by encouraging them to move from dungeons out into the open field.
And please do not assume by this comment I am not pleased with this game. On the contrary, this is the best game I have played in years, however the bots are a plague and all we are getting at the moment are Band-Aids ... -

At least introduce "automated gameplay exploit" category in report system or something, it's almost impossible to report them quickly and effectively. It looks like nobody cares about it by the way this is being handled.
Exactly the asame here as Incarnatus said, I love the game and I can put up with bugs and all the things that aren't working properly, but this garbage is the only problem I have.Edited by ozmorgudduth on April 27, 2014 7:09PM -

Also inform your friends of the problem, maybe they will have a GM in zone with them, when you are not around and will pass it to him. -

I would like to give You an answer - but as I'm required to think in my job, I'm unable to follow ZOE GM's logic standards. Truth is, accounts are not banned, only characters are removed in this "GM killing spree fest".

So it's a waste of your time and our money.
You are getting payed to do pointless task that has no effect and only allows this vermin to keep accounts and adapt to whatever prevention methods there are in place and walk around them again.
If this is the way to deal with this it is a bad decision, it will only bleed money and time of people that could be doing something else. -
the obvious answer is block China from connecting, I'm sure their government would appreciate it anyway.

Thing is they make money on the box sales, so banning a bot is great for them, since the bot company will just buy a new box. Who cares how they pay as long as the transaction goes through and they get their money.
My suggestion is to trace transfer logs of items and coin from any bot they have banned, to kill the supply chain. Yes I know they may catch a not bot player, but really, you did a deal with a bot, you took stolen goods, or bought gold.
Burn'em at the stake too. -
ozmorgudduth✭✭✭So nothing has changed, just went randomly to the same spot. there is about 10 new bots running the circle of farming. They are farming with sorcerers now.
GJ ZOS, keep working on Craplorn addon, it's the most important thing, 0.1% of people that hit lvl50 in one day is the core population of the game, have to keep them playing...

Between you and me, I'd rather they prioritize the general lag that is prevalent everywhere in the game. Bots ruin experience on that single spot in the game, lag ruins experience on every minute you're in the game
