Vampire Passives, Joining groups in Cyradiil & account permissions.

Hey.
1) so.. basically when i die my vampire passives stop working, i don't get the bonuses from any of them, i can't even turn a player.
my current work around is to relog, and this is becoming increasingly annoying in cyradiil
is there anything else i can do to fix this? or should i just wait for a patch
2) Every time i join a group in Cyradiil regardless of group size, i must relog immediately after joining it, because every other player freezes, all NPC's freeze, and shortly after i get an error message and get kicked from the game.
current work around.. relog.. and hope it doesn't happen again, and that my vampire passives stay active...
my internet is very good, i pay a lot of money for a decent connection, iv'e tried forwarding ports and such and deactivating my firewall, the issues still occur.
3) occasionally while i am reloging due to one or both of the above issues i get an error message which tells me my account permissions do not currently allow me to access the game server at this time, i click cancel, and log in again to have it let me into the game once more, i don't understand why this is happening? i have set up all my subscription methods and all of that, i'm ready to continue for my post free 30 days of game time, and i try my best to be a nice person in the game, i don't want to get banned (which was my initial thought), so yeah....
I really enjoy the game, i'm trying my hardest to be optimistic about it, i know ZOS is trying their best, it's just these things are becoming increasingly annoying for me, and i would like to seek some help.

blackwolf7✭✭✭They are going to fix the vamp passive in 3 weeks. Altough im trying my best to convince zos to apply the patch now since its ready for deployment. Not sure why we have to wait 3 weeks. Its been a known issue since beta

They will have to compensate me if that's the case. I cannot continue to relog every time I die in Cyrodiil in order to not play completely gimped.
This needs to be hot fixed. Never have I felt that I can't play my toon anymore. It's either that or stop playing in Cyrodiil, which means stop playing the game.Killed by Sunshine 1vX How I see it.

This needs to be hot fixed. Never have I felt that I can't play my toon anymore. It's either that or stop playing in Cyrodiil, which means stop playing the game.
I really don't mean to sound elitist.. or like.. better than anyone by saying this, cause it sounds that way in my head.
but dude, i feel the same way.. i don't think they should compensate us but i mean just don't die in cyradiil... thats what i try my best to do, i can usually last a good 30 minutes before i die and have to relog, and most group leaders are aware of this and wont kick you if you say "relog", but yeah thats only a work around for the moment... i still want it fixed.
