Banished cells

Our group completed dungeon Banished cells. After killing last boss we unlocked achievment and must Talk to keeper Cirion. But there are no keeper at the quest circle. Relogging and exiting the dungeon didn't help. So i don't have any reward for completion this dungeon - only achievment, and active quest "Talk to keeper Cirion".
