EVERY time i submit a ticket to get my final assault fixed I get a reply with lots of pleasantry but never Fully fixed so far I'm on my 9th ticket'and Every time I Try to reply since 48 hours ago server issues occur

    Email replies have been broken for 4 days, approaching 5 days, for all customers. There's still no sticky posted or note on the support site, and support are still replying to tickets asking for info and then letting the tickets close for lack of response from customer (because the customers can't respond).

    Exactly what I have been trying to tell them, Its insane how many people with IQs south of 90 must work at ZOS, I even placed in capitals and submitted a separate ticket telling them this 3 times and yet they still ask me to email back......................................... begger belief.

    I mailed @ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ (the community manager) and @ZOS_MattFiror‌ (runs ZOS) and contacted Bethesda PR head about it. Nobody has done anything about it in public, in terms of posting a note. So the support system has just been left dead and customers with 0 information for approaching 5 days.

    They use a cloud based Oracle ticket system, and that Oracle system uses Spamhaus junk mail sender database to filter out junk mail. ZOS's dedicated server has been added to Spamhaus, so Oracle's mail gateway is rejecting ticket responses.
