At What Point Does ZoS consider All these Bot Threads Spam?

There are so many players with real complaints and this whole issue seems fishy...can we get 900 of these spam threads closed so we can focus on REAL Customer Support and just not these greedy players. And since they like reporting people who disagree just BAN them for braking ToS please!
Why do people have to sift through this rubbish to get real customer support? Or is it just as ZoS intended? Well you know since customer support has a record of quick responses
