Curious... i've put in a couple requests and i've never seen feedback. For example, i'm trying to do the 'School Daze' quest and it is bugged for me. The sphere's don't change. I've put an ingame ticket in to get some help but nothing. I can't recall the ticket either so any evidence of it is gone. Or should i just have stayed on that help screen and wait until a GM responds?

    If you report a bug you probably won't get a response. If you need a response then you should use the "request help" section. You should get an email fairly quickly but be aware that they are overloaded with tickets right now. And no you don't stay in the help screen. Any response should be via email.
