We are sorry to hear that Vanus Galerion is misbehaving. We understand how frustrating this can be.
Did you perform these troubleshooting tips before? They may help you as we work towards a more permanent solution. We recommend that you try the following:
Typing /reloadui in your chatbox, for graphics or user-interface issues
Typing /camp in your chatbox, which logs you out. By waiting 15 minutes before logging back in, you are performing a soft-reset which will clear out the cache and allow the game to load properly.
On your specific issue, we would like you to check a workaround as it solved the issue to another player. The workaround is to temporarily switch the language to German to get the NPC to show up. After don't forget to switch it back to English again.

Did all that 5 times and didnt help.


Vanus Galerion is outside the guild hall in cold harbour and when i speak to him he say lets go into the guild hall but I cant access the Mage guild hall , plus it
still shows that I need to speak with him else where in cold harbour but
when i go there he is not there , just the white icon is there but no
Vanus. I cant progress past this point as it shows I need to talk to Vanus but cannot as he is not where he is suppose to be.




I am VET1 and my main quest is bugged and I cant get help from Cust service, so it appears......

Exp gain is nearly unbearable since I cant get into Vet content, PvP lags so bad its nearly unplayable most of the time, running out of good reasons to keep playing to be honest, maybe if i can get my main quest fixed i might continue but right now I am thinking of not playing anymore or maybe take a break and see what gets fixed or not later on.

    I worked around this problem by making another ticket with the incident number of the original ticket included in the message field. They figured it out well enough. Although, one would hope that the spamhaus problem is getting looked at.

    Ya I tried that too ( sent the ticket number of my first ticket i sent in ) and the above was the response i got back.
