tooltips for vampire abilities broken after patch

It seems the patch has broken the tooltips for vampire abilities. It no longer updates the ability reduction costs you get from vampire stages.

The reduction works, but tooltips arnt updating now.

    Are you sure the reduction works and it's not just the same bug from before? The one where the reduction disappears when you instance or zone no matter the stage you are at?

    Yeah the reduction works. Just the tooltips that arnt updating

    That might be great news! I mean, I can deal with a broken tooltip compared to dealing with the previous bug that reset every time I opened a door :D

    Vampire tooltips ARE STILL BROKEN.

    For the love of god fix them already. Why isn't this being reported?
