Done Adding Fuel to the Fire on the Bot Issue - They Know - They Are Working On It.

I was thinking last night after I logged off about this game. Why because It has so much amazing potential. I have responded to numerous botting threads, and linked videos of evidence of hacks/bots many times.
I haven't been helping the problem. I can even be quoted as saying "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" , "Keep posting about bots guys, it's a huge problem" . The thing is, ZeniMax knows about the problem. Their lead designer has publicly announced they are very aware of the problem, and working diligently to get a grasp on the situation.
More threads about bots here are just slowing down other customers with game halting issues and bugs. I propose that we all stop posting about bots in separate threads. If you need to vent, or post a video, or share a screenshot, or story - Do it in this thread. The developers can easily find evidence and info all right here. Though at this point I feel more bot post are pointless. They are very aware.
I'm done adding to the problem. Not that it means much, but I'm giving the forum mods here a heartfelt apology from me, for adding fuel to the fire.

I'm just as upset as the next person about the state of this game. I really am, the proof is in many of my comments made over the last 36 hours. But I say we show some patience and give them a bit of time - It's obvious they are working on the issue.
I thought about the bots actually hacking and spamming gold selling web sites in "World of Warcraft" in major cities a couple years back. They were blatantly hacking out in the open with no fear, just like the bots in ESO now. But Blizzard finally got a handle on it. Yes that game still has bots, what game doesn't? But it took them a while to get it under control, just like GW2, and many other new MMORPGS.

So yeah, I'm done complaining about bots/hacks for now. I'm sure a lot of you will "keep fighting the fight". I'm not judging you for that. You paid for a game and expect a quality product. I understand your frustration tenfold. You have to admit this is one amazing game though. Let's just give them some time to get it under control.
They have game halting bugs in quest that are totally stopping folks from progressing their characters. They have folks repeatedly dying over and over to damage over time spells for no reason. They have folks stuck in game, and have been there for days. They have a system in place that occasionally bans innocent players.
Bottom line is they have a lot of things that could take priority over the bots, but at least there has been evidence of actual in game GM's appearing and abolishing the bots on the spot.
Sorry for the long winded post. I just had a piece of humble pie last night while deep in thought. Thought maybe I would offer other customers a slice this morning.
