Weird visual bug/thing

Hello. So for a while now,i don't even know when it started but with my main character and ONLY with him,everything i see has a blue aspect.The fire,the spells,everything looks grey/blue-ish and its foggy in EVEY region of the game and this is happening for a few days now at all times.
Maybe got bugged from some spirit world quest?Maybe the buff called Spirit armor which i can't remove?
Any ideas? (and i say again,with other chars everything is colorful in every region)

GossiTheDog✭✭✭✭✭It's a quest that puts you into a dream state (or reliving the past) - the effect hasn't been removed from your character.
