email system is bugged

Hello,
I sold 3 motifs and I send them with C.O.D i couldnt send the 1, because it told me, the recieptient mail was full, I told him and he said his email was empty!..
Then he reloged and it worked.
Another customer, told me that my email was full!!! And the system took him twice the money! And I feel so sad. I only have his @xxxaccount name ... Can I send email with that name? Ur mail is bugged!
And here is another bug. During my tries to send the COD to the guy who had his email full, ur email charged me each time 110 gold, for the failed email delivery... I clicked send, it didnt send, but it gave me that msg.. also charged me 110 gold each time.
Everything is broken in this game. Plz someone tell me, how can I send this money back, because I reloged and I forgot the guys name, but I took double money from him ..I only know his acc name (the one that the email tells me) and its 1100g, its so sad.
can i send by adding the account name? : @accountname ?
And here is an extreme bug.. while I couldnt send a COD to a guy and the system charged me 110 gold per failed try... The guy who tried to pay me 1100 gold, did the same to him! Thats why it charged him twice.
And here is a think that scares me most... What happens if there is a dup bug, with this failed send system! because the system charged me, for sending thing but my item remained into my bag! ... u have to investigate these things.
but I only recieved once the money from the guy... so it may not dup the items.. but it steals the money
