Crafting Sets not Scaling - Very limited crafting

Just wanted to create a few v10 veteran items with set stat.
Wanted Ashen Grip, so i went to the Magmaflow Overlook.
With the latest material and the highest level, the items still had a value of the t1 stuff.
so i went into the veteran zone, Auridion, Beacon Falls...there the items had 0 Damage in the set bonus.

Will there be a way to scale the set-boni on the level of crafting-material you use, or will they stay like they are now?
Currently they are mostly a waste of time, some good low-sets wont be usefull again in a higher level stage. Thats sad and very limiting for crafters.

Would be interesting to hear if this is a stat visual bug, actual leveling bug or by design, agree.

So the crafting sets currently (possibly) don't scale into VR levels?

This is exactly what I was going to do tonight for some new VR1 kit

Crafting sets do scale in the veteran levels, at least the ones I checked so far.

do you ahve used a crafting station in the veteran zones, or one of the normal zones?

edit: looked into the hist-bark set, there the disease resistant rises with crafting material, but not the dodge rating

Two things i noticed:

- Zones do not always recognize your VR status. There is a bug where you sometimes end up in a zone that is back to it's original level even if you're VR. Rezoning normally fixes this. So, make sure the zone is actually at VR level.

- The Ashen Grip set specifically seems to have some sort of bug where the tooltip sometimes shows 0 for the damage effect. However, once crafted, the items show the correct amount of damage. At least that's how it was for me around level 30ish.
