OK..I suggest how to deal these bots...
YES... There are terribly tons of bots in front of last boss in dungeons.
I started my alt and ONLY got 1 loot from boss.
Why? I can't enough damage to the boss cause of dam bots.
These bots do harms to other players game experience seriously.
ESO in game offers reporting function but it's hard to use, cause It need to choose lots of options and writing and.... time !
So... I suggest you add some functions to right click menu on each character.
currently there are only report, add friend, whisper...blahblablah...
How about adding ' Report as Bot, Report as Spammer' ?
make only one click reporting available !
when some reporting accumulated, check it manually or suspend those bots and spammers automatically (though I prefer manual checking)
I want you ZOS take these bots and spammers as serious matter.
They are ruining ESO seriously.
