Hirelings question and maybe a bug

I need to ask a question.
Recently I ve ready that people with many hirelings got banned or something.
I have a main character and 3 hirelings (wood, cloth, blacksmith) and I play now also an alt, that I activated 2 hirelings (wood and blacksmith).
Since I activated the 2 extra hirelings. I get my hirelings in the main character, almost every 30 hours (not 24) and I dont get my other 2 hirelings in the small character. And its buggy, since my main is fully upgraded and my small character is NOT.. Some times I get poor quality and some times I get rare and high quality mats. But I dont get 5 bags of mats, only
And why all this delay with woodworking and blacksmith, Its the 2 prof I activated with my alt character.
I am so tired with these bugs.. I may pause my sub, I mean, I wont pay u sub till u fix all ur issues and the economy. Then I join again.
My consideration to pause my sub and join later again, is the economy mostly, not the hirelings. Because I dont wish to join guilds, so the economy for me is ZERO economy, my bank is full, i use my characters as a bank and this thing goes on and on, so u have issues. At the end I wont be able to play, because all my slots will be taken, from items I cannot sell. Thats the reason, I am thinking not to pay u now, a sub and wait till u fix it.
I dont want AH as well, but give us something. A trade channel, vendors, I dont know, we need some global economy, not a guild economy that is not working.
