Customer Support Ticket filed, marked as solved four days later... issue not resolved.

Title pretty much explains it all. On Thursday of last week I submitted a ticket about the Giant-Friend achievement not being rewarded to me after I killed Lob the Cleaver and completed the Cradlecrush quest objective so it was marked as white on my map.
The first response from ESO Customer Support was very helpful, asking me for my character name and specifics of what happened so I could be given the Achievement. I provided the information as he requested. Then yesterday I get an email back from support... which is a cookie-cutter response thanking me for reporting this issue and that it had been marked as solved. I log in to the game, still no Giant-Friend achievement.
I'm not sure if support dropped the ball here or not.
