How to counter shuldblock attack?

Some times in a row now i get to fight against some guy tat simply wraps up to me (im bow user) and start doing that shildblock+attack move that has a huge damage and range, so i would like to know how to counter this rediculous attack?

    My friend has a nice macro that lets him cancel his animation with shield block. So he can not only spam shield block but also do a spell skill near instant.

    If you want to pvp, you got to do this. Only way to compete.
