There is no glass armor in the game that I know of, certainly not craftable. There is no motif book for it. The known books are books 1-9 as the basic races book 10 as imperial and books 11-14 are primal barbaric ancient elf and daedric.

Ancient elf is the same armor as the ayleids and maormar, so not glass.
There's a certain ayleid king that seems to be wielding a glass greatsword though, and it doesn't seem to be a recolor of ancient elf swords that maormar wield.

If you play around enough eventually the graphics bugs in the game will make it look like you're wearing glass armor. I don't know if that's good enough though.

The Devs posted a bunch of new armor styles a while back, and Glass was one of them. So it is coming, just have no idea when.
